When logging for the first time, be sure to log in using Google Chrome (not Internet Explorer)

The first time the property logs in, a password will need to be created before accessing the portal.
To get started, click on the Forgot or Set Password button from the portal log in screen:
Enter the email address registered for the compliance portal and click Send.
Confirmation will be provided once a valid email was entered, and the link has been sent.
Look for the email with the password reset link – be sure to check the Junk/Spam folder. Remember – if
the password email did go to your Junk/Spam folder it
will need to be moved to your inbox. The link will not work in the Junk/Spam folder since this folder protects the user from clicking on potentially harmful links.
Once the email is in your Inbox, click on the link and create a new password.
After you have entered your new password you will receive the below message confirming it has been updated. Log in can now be completed using the user name and password.
